Toby works to provide advice and conceptual frameworks for long-term strategic issues in New Zealand’s largest city. He works with elected members and senior staff to support deliberative decision making by experimenting with the way we think and communicate. Toby is proud to be part of an amazing department of change makers with an eye on systemic transformation of local government in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland.
